Guarantees & Returns
We guarantee our magnets to be of
the quality we specify with the field strength, size and polarity we indicate.
We will gladly replace the product due to such defects in manufacturing, labeling
and packaging. Special order items are non-returnable, but all other items
may be returned for a full refund within 60 days; provided they
have not been
used or damaged. There will be a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees are
non-refundable. You must have a copy of the original invoice with the order.
Shipping Information
Delivery time is six to eight weeks
from date of order. Many times you will receive your order in one to two weeks.
However, due to large orders and availability of magnets within the industry,
(we must guess our orders of raw magnets six months in advance), we reserve the
right for a six to eight week delivery date. Thank You for your patience. We
always try to get your orders out as fast as possible. We believe you will find
our top quality, high strength magnets worth the wait.
All shipments are sent UPS unless other arrangements are made. Due to rate increases
by UPS our shipping rates could change without notice.
Slumber Pad and Sleep Enhancers are shipped in separate boxes. The extra shipping
cost are listed to the right of each item on the price list. To calculate the
shipping cost of specialty items (items with a * by them in the catalog) please
add the shipping weight charge to the extra packaging cost (i.e., Specialty item
charges = shipping weight charge + extra packaging cost).
Video and audio tapes cannot be shipped with magnets. Please calculate for a separate
shipment. Weights are listed next the heading “Shipping Weight” with each product
in the catalog. The shipping weights are also listed on the
price list.
